butterfly valley

A flitter of flutters they fly past me, in the evergreen meadows below the valley of home

Sharp beatings of their wings, sings to me from the summer breeze of butterflies’ tome

A wave of rainbows surrounds me, their colors they astound me, this is the place I love to roam

This is the place that I call home
