Fairy Madness

I know the sweet taste of lavender on a warm summer’s day

The smell is nice too, and in the fields I play

I love eating flowers; I know it may seem odd

But they taste so scrumptious and delicate and amongst them I plod

My white summer gown lets the cool breeze through

I love to hear the whispers of the sky deep blue

Everything around me is light and airy and sweet

So tell me, is there another place I could go where this it would beat?

I think not and I would disbelieve

This is my freedom, this is my release

I cannot thank you enough for what you’ve done for me

This my way to enjoy summer

This is my way to be free
