Don’t forget our soldiers

A soldier lives through fear, each and every day

He fights in the name of duty, to protect us and to keep us safe

A soldier is forgotten, when it’s time for war

If we had lost our freedom we would have wished we had done more

Don’t forget our soldiers; they are fighting for our rights

They are fighting for our livelihood, each day and each night

Never hate these soldiers; they are doing what we can’t

To make our lands safer, to keep us away from plight

Don’t forget our soldiers, they are our heroes

They are worth more than we give, and that is zero

Respect our soldiers, they are our men

Think of them out there, for some we may never see again

for our mother, father and heirs

First and foremost I’d like to say, don’t let this world of ours fade away

This earth is for our mother, father and heirs

They at least, deserve clean air

Respect our lands, respect our seas, for is there another world that we can reach?

If not, then we are doomed, unless you have time for changes, this I assume

We all need to make an effort; we can’t carry on like this

We need to find a better way, or else this world we’ll miss

Don’t treat the world amiss

ditty of imagination

A delicate little ditty I sing to my babe, of fantasy worlds and lands

Of dragons and kings and of simplified things, of bodiless running hands

Witches cast spells and wizards as well, chimeras on the wing

Centaurs are fighting and knights are plighting whilst mermaids sit on rocks and sing

This is how my little one grows, as little children do

With their minds filled with magic, they will have fun, because imagination is a great virtue

The Snow Goth

Have you ever seen snow upon seashells?

I have

I’ve seen the snow melt as the waves of the sea covered them like a blanket burning the frost

Have you ever wished the sea would ice over?

I have

A diamond path to faraway lands, where the sun shines endlessly on, exhaustively long, but weak

Oh how I would love

A forever winter where night chills the air

And a

A frosty landscape that freezes my hair

It would impassion my heart to see

A carpet of delicate ice confetti crushed beneath me

I dream of frozen seas

I dream of a frozen me
